Morgan and his wife Rya have been married since 1999 and have three children: a daughter Charlotte, and two sons Robert and Anderson. The five of them enjoy spending time together as a family, taking family vacations, and supporting each other in numerous social, school, and sporting events.

Born and raised in Vista, California, Nikki grew up exposed to her parents' locally owned small business. Throughout high school and college life, she has assisted her parents in their family business, Willis Exterminators, with customer service; working closely with real estate agents and clients. Taking a new venture in her life, she is currently working on getting her Property & Casualty license to better assist clients at the Morgan Hege Insurance Agency. In her free time, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family and going out with her friends.

Seth is the agent and head of sales and marketing at Morgan Hege Insurance. As one of the original founding members of the insurance agency back in 2013, he currently oversees the property and casualty department specializing in real estate property insurance and personal and commercial insurance products with over 8 years of experience in the industry. A nativeFloridian, Seth relocated to San Diego in 2012 so he could further his insurance career and enjoy the benefits of living on the Pacific coast. “Being on the water has always been a part of my life. I couldn’t imagine living without a connection to the ocean. Coastal towns and cities seem to embody that connection and are a bit more relaxed.” Seth currently resides in Encinitas in north county San Diego. He also enjoys surfing and staying active and is an avid jiu jitsu practitioner at San Diego Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
